• Delivery Tariffs: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders meeting or exceeding £60. For acquisitions below this threshold, a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of £10 is applied at checkout.

• Condition Requirements: To qualify for a seamless refund or exchange, items must be returned in flawless, unworn condition. Please note that merchandise exhibiting artificial damage, cosmetic stains, or obvious signs of use that preclude secondary resale cannot be accepted.
